What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Risk and Environmental Compliance position at Radiant Health?

As our Manager of Risk and Environmental Compliance, you will be the guiding force in identifying and addressing risks related to behavioral health services. You'll be our go-to expert, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed regulatory compliance standards. By implementing key risk reduction strategies, you will help us promote patient safety and address liability concerns with confidence. In this role, you will lead efforts in assessing risks, developing emergency response plans, and promoting a culture of safety.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field or a minimum of five years’ experience required in healthcare clinical setting and with risk management within a healthcare setting required or associates degree or 10 years’ relevant experience.
- Certification in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) or Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) is a plus.
- Experience with The Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, OSHA, NFPA, and state health department regulations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and client centered care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
