- High School diploma or equivalent
- Currently meets and or can meet all requirements of a nationally standardized peer support training program, including at least 30 hours of training and satisfactory completion of an examination (within 6 months of hire) and/or CRS/CHW Certified
- Previous participation in the mental health system as recipient and willingness to convey this experience as relevant is required.
- Valid Drivers license and car insurance
