In this vital role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the unit, helping ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic space for individuals navigating acute mental health crises. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to coordinate care, provide leadership, and uphold the highest standards of service and safety.

- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or a related field.
- Transferable experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or related settings.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Position will require nights, weekends and holiday availability.
- Employed with Radiant Health/Rapid Response Team for at least 6 months
