To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to new situations. You will also need to possess a CA SLP License or CF/RPE Temp License (or will soon) and have at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

- Competitive base salaries ranging from $80,000 - $92,000 per year
- Generous bonus structures making it feasible to achieve an additional $6,000-12,000 /year
