JOB SUMMARY:
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) partnering with Radiant will work with Skilled Nursing facilities. This role is responsible for the daily clinical care needs of the residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide primary nursing care to residents with varying backgrounds and medical histories
- Administer medications, wound care and other treatment options
- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will monitor and communicate changes of condition to provider
- Provide medical intervention as needed for emergent needs
- Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including but not limited to: Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc.
- As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you would communicate resident condition to family, and or responsible party members
- Implement and follow Primary Care Providers orders
- Other Duties as Assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure in the State or practice
