Job Duties:
- Take incoming calls from techs for kick-ups for multiple departments (leads)
- Dispatch & debrief the sales team
- Organize & coordinate daily schedules based on call priority & technician ability
- Communicate with customers in a timely & effective manner
- Understand sales goals & hold team accountable

- Experience in the Home Service industry is highly preferred.

What you need:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Service Titan experience preferred
- High ability to multi-task and switch tasks quickly
- Excellent organizational skills
