Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, coordinating treatment plans, handling billing and insurance claims, and maintaining accurate patient records. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Coordinate and explain treatment plans to patients
- Handle billing and insurance claims, including verification and follow-up
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Ensure the front office area is clean and organized
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations
- Address and resolve patient concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach
