YOUR NEW ROLE
When you join our dentistry, you can expect to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM , in an administrative role that combines patient care, organization, and communication.
As our Dental Office Coordinator, each day is spent chatting with our patients, explaining treatment plans and answering questions about costs and insurance to help patients feel confident. You schedule appointments, follow up with patients, verify insurance, submit claims, and keep records organized. When a billing question comes up, you handle it smoothly, offering solutions that put patients at ease. You're the key link between patients and the dental team, ensuring everyone stays on track. By day's end, you've made sure every patient feels cared for and ready for their next steps.
