Job Description:
Re-Bath of Tri-Cities is looking for a new Office Coordinator. We are seeking someone who is clean-cut, outgoing, flexible, attention to detail, and friendly with a focus on our National programs.
Job Duties include:
- scheduling for multiple design consultants in various cities
- confirming appointments
- interviewing and making sure the national program grows
- coordinating ambassador's background checks
- new hire paperwork
- training and balancing the calendar National program ambassadors.
- calling for reviews
- filling out fair and homeshow applications
- independent worker
- internal and external customer service skills
- organized
We are looking for an organized, outgoing, and flexible individual who communicates well and has a great work ethic.
*Skills needed:
3 years office experience
1 yr scheduling preferred
Problem resolution
Customer Service
Creating new job folders
Google docs
MS Office
Computer Savvy

*Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Has personal vehicle
High School Diploma /GED
Background test
