Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Network Design and Implementation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy network solutions based on organizational requirements.
- Configure and manage network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and reliability.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide end-to-end technical support for network-related issues.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth network operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Participate in meetings and discussions related to network planning and improvements.
- Work with network equipment and service vendors to ensure quality service
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Technical and Project Management experience:
- Firewalls and switch maintenance, monitoring software and configuration changes
- Manage projects and product enablement using MS Project, Vizio, and PowerPoint, Azure DevOps
- Manage and support Network Monitoring Toolset.
- Advanced troubleshooting relating to WAN, LAN, DNS, DHCP, AD, VLANs, GP, iPSec, VPN, SDWAN, etc.
- Azure AD, Intune, O365 Admin, SharePoint, 2FA (RSA, Okta, Duo Mobile) administration and setup.
- Creation of QOS policies, and VPN/IPsec tunnels.
- Centralized management of multi-cloud infrastructure, platforms, applications, and security services.
- Palo Alto NextGen Firewall and Cisco 9K /HP 3810 Switch updates, upgrades, monitoring and configuration changes in the main office and data center racks.
- Server Cluster setup and maintenance with SAS SAN.
- Required
- • Strong proficiency in written and verbal English.
- • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network solutions
- (for level 2). Level 3 must have at least 10 years of hands-on and Network engineering related Project Management experience with Biopharma manufacturing know-how/work experience.
- • Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently, using various troubleshooting techniques and tools.
- • Strong knowledge of networking solutions, standards, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructure
Salary : $50 - $60
