Title : Quality Auditor
Location : : Chino CA USA
Duration : 12 Month
Position Purpose :
M-F 2 : 00 pm-11 : 00 pm
REQUIRED
Inspect materials, parts and assemblies for Quality conformance.
Conduct testing of prototypes, parts and finished goods
Write test reports
Conduct first level of analysis of Product Return from Customer
Conduct internal audits (ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001)
Perform Root Cause Analysis on Customer reported issues to drive corrective action
and process improvement
Other duties or projects as needed
This job might be for you if :
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
2 year Technical diploma / AA preferred in related field.
1-5 years’ experience preferred in an electrical environment
Internal Audit Experience : ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 required.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Will be working in a fast paced, results driven environment
Full-time availability and the ability to work Mon- Fri, 8 hours per day, with potential for overtime
Prior knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies a plus
Must follow all state, federal and company environmental health and safety regulations / procedures
Position will require lifting, carrying, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and / or squatting and holding in place parts weighting up to 40 lbs repeatedly over work period.
Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
