What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Auditor position at Rose International?
Required Education :
High School Diploma
Preferred Education :
2 Year Technical School / Associates Degree
Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience :
1-5 years’ experience in an electrical environment
Internal Audit Experience : ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 required
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Must follow all state, federal and company environmental health and safety regulations / procedures
Position will require lifting, carrying, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and / or squatting and holding in place parts weighting up to 40 lbs repeatedly over work period
Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience :
Prior knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Job Details :
Inspect materials, parts and assemblies for quality conformance
Conduct testing of prototypes, parts and finished goods
Write test reports
Conduct first level of analysis of Product Return from Customer
Conduct internal audits (ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001)
Perform Root Cause Analysis on Customer reported issues to drive corrective action and process improvement
Other duties or projects as needed
