Radiant Waxing is looking for a friendly, energetic Salon Support/Guest Services person to assist our 8 waxing salons from our Concord office. Who we are looking for:
- Someone who is comfortable with and enjoys talking to guests over the phone
- An innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome
- Energetic, professional and collaborative with the team
- Fast learner with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks with a clear understanding of priorities
- One who likes taking on new challenges and learning new skills
- Comfort/ confidence with computer systems
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls & booking appointments in multiple salons
- Assisting guests with questions about their appointments and our services
- Rescheduling guests when waxologists call out, using both phone and texting
- Work directly with the owners and leadership team on special projects and some administrative functions
