Requirements:
- 8 years of Business Analyst experience in the Healthcare Insurance field.
- Able to manage large scale initiatives where they capture business requirements from areas such as provider data management, configurations, utilization management, claims, denials and etc.
- Has worked in healthcare business areas. Can speak in Healthcare terms and they are not solely IT focused as we work mostly with the Business side of the house. Experience must expand past transaction codes.
- Skilled at large JAD type sessions and interviews and be able to document SMART requirements for consumption by technical teams.
- Experience working with Jira.
- Interoperability experience within the Health Insurance field
