Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the design, architecture, and development of custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that ServiceNow solutions meet client needs, industry best practices, and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring successful execution and delivery of ServiceNow projects.
- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Develop, administer, and maintain technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs, particularly for IT departments and beyond.
- Apply best practices in web programming techniques to configure and deploy robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work closely with business analysts and process leaders to create technical solutions that align with business needs.
- Act as a consultant to guide and provide expertise on ServiceNow-related challenges and improvements.
- Advise on risk assessments, impacts on business and ITIL processes, and available technical options.
- Provide regular status updates and follow-ups on outstanding development needs to the project manager.
- Troubleshoot issues and develop innovative technology-driven solutions to optimize business processes.
Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the administration, implementation, and configuration of ITSM solutions within medium to large organizations.
- 5 to 8 years of experience with ServiceNow in areas such as ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM (not limited to), and Scoped Applications.
- Strong experience in ITIL process definition, integration solutions, and architecture-level configurations.
- Proven track record of converting business requirements into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead at least two implementation projects across different ServiceNow modules, including Scoped applications, with experience in complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycles.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development.
- Past work experience with leading ITSM tool providers is highly desirable.

- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
