What We Look For...
We are looking for a Part- Time Administrative Assistant to perform administrative duties and provide support for the Corporate Office.
Our ideal candidate is:
- An individual with computer and writing skills, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, as well as clients and vendors.
- An individual who needs minimal direction, but is able to produce high-quality professional work that reflects positively on leadership.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and maintain work area in a professional, orderly manner.
- Answer telephone for the corporate office in a prompt and professional manner.
- Sort incoming correspondence for the corporate office.
- Organizes and maintains file system, correspondence, and other records.
- Meeting room set-up and clean-up for in-house meetings.
- Arrange lunch for in-house meetings.
- Arrange travel as directed.
- Order office supplies as necessary.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Make reservations and handle travel arrangements as directed by supervisor and in accordance to company policy.
- Complete assigned projects independently and under minimal supervision.
- Consistently seeking areas of opportunity to help improve productivity of senior leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Model Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- BA/BS Preferred.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
- Proficient and intimate knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
