What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative (Parts CSR) position at Radiators Inc of Birmingham?
We are looking for an Auto Parts Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our continuously growing company. Our Birmingham branch, which is going to be your location, has been in business since 1984 and we're reaching new goals every year. To help with that, we're looking for a motivated person to come in and learn the ins and outs and really take hold. This is a family owned business with 5 branches; the first being opened over 60 years ago and still in business. Pay ranges from $35,000 to $45,000, and will be discussed further in the interview.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer the phones/greet walk ins
Look up the parts the customers need using our computers
Make the sale
Source parts
Secondary Responsibilities:
Pull/Put away stock
Keeping a clean work area
Take inventory
Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
Clean driving record (must be insurable)
Outgoing/personable attitude (we have an established customer base that expects excellent customer service)
Very basic computer knowledge (email, navigating websites, typing)
Willingness and ability to learn every day
