Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated, organized, and skilled Sous Chef to join our leadership team at Radicato. As a Sous Chef, you will support the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine and Executive Sous Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, mentor the kitchen staff, and help drive the continued success and growth of Radicato.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in culinary leadership, be highly organized, and possess the ability to think on their feet and problem-solve under pressure. You will also be committed to fostering a positive, collaborative work environment, where team development and hospitality are a top priority.
Job Requirements:- 3-5 years of cooking experience in a high-level kitchen, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role such as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Experience in managing kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and scheduling.

- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain high levels of organization, cleanliness, and safety.
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.

- Help develop and execute menu items, specials, and seasonal offerings.
