About The Role

Your Mission

As a BDR at RADICL, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth by connecting with potential customers and introducing them to our groundbreaking cybersecurity solutions. You’re not just generating leads—you’re igniting relationships that solve real-world problems and help businesses thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage and Educate: Proactively reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to uncover their challenges and position RADICL as the solution they need.
  • Qualify Leads: Identify and assess potential customers through strategic discovery, ensuring they’re a great fit for RADICL’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with Regional Sales Reps to transition qualified leads and support seamless handoffs for deal closure.
  • Leverage Technology: Use CRM tools, email automation, and sales enablement platforms to track, measure, and optimize your outreach efforts.
  • Be a Cybersecurity Advocate: Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and RADICL’s unique value proposition to position yourself as a trusted resource.

About You

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or business development role (or equivalent internships).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.
  • A knack for building relationships and earning trust quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).

About The Workplace

As founders, we greatly value and are passionate about establishing a strong company culture. Building the foundation of an amazing culture is best fostered by spending time together as a team in an office setting. We have a hybrid work model which incorporates WFH and work from office, but spending time together as a team in person will be part of our ethos.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

60,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Boulder, CO)
