About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to fill the role of Member Success Supervisor at RadiFi Federal Credit Union.
This key role involves supporting the Member Success Manager in achieving team and individual goals, while also providing guidance and coaching to branch staff on sales and service strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to grow membership and increase revenue.
- Lead Member Success Advocate operations to ensure compliance with cash management procedures.
- Create and implement training programs to enhance cross-selling skills among Member Success Advocates.
- Collaborate with Retail Leadership to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve those goals.
- Act as a substitute Member Success Lead when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
NMLS license and any required insurance licenses must be maintained.
A high school degree or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
