Position Summary
As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will report directly to the Quality Assurance Supervisor while playing an essential role in upholding our commitment to quality standards by ensuring all products meet established standards. You will interpret blueprints and read testing instructions to ensure accurate and functional assembly production.
- Performs inspections in accordance with written procedures, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance
- Implements assigned corrective actions
- Uses conventional and advanced inspection devices to verify dimensions
- Documents results to Quality Management by entering information in the client relationship management system
- Provides technical quality support to Manufacturing/Engineering/Operations as needed and approved by the Quality Assurance Director
- Ensures the traceability of components and products are maintained at every inspection point
- Organizes, files, and maintains all inspection documents
- Utilizes all documents contained in the Quality System, such as manufacturing procedures, forms, standard operating procedures, and initiate the submission of inspection reports, as appropriate
- Participates in internal audits
- Other duties as necessary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in quality assurance, inspections of parts or products required
- Proficiency with quality testing tools and software (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
