- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals as directed by the CRO.
- Act as a liaison between the CRO and clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing client inquiries.
- Assist in managing, maintaining and updating client databases with accurate and current information including sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and organizing catering / logistics when necessary.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person team events, staff retreats, and staff morale events.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance against targets.
- Provide regular updates to the CRO on sales progress and key performance indicators.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings for the CRO, including client meetings and sales presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Assist in the preparation of market analysis reports for the CRO.
- Handle routine correspondence and inquiries related to sales activities.
- Address incoming issues and communications, including sensitive or confidential matters.
- Help execute internal business initiatives.
- Stay current with Urban One's brand offerings and performance
- Thrive in a creative business environment and maintain a positive demeanor
- Lead the team by example - via work intensity, a strong command of the product, and the advertising / marketing process
- Stay abreast of market knowledge
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Complies with Network and Urban One's mandatory trainings and adheres to related course deadlines.
- Master of the to-do list
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, work independently and within tight deadlines, adapt and operate in a fast-paced and evolving team environment
- Possesses strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation skills)
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, accountability, excellent follow-through
- Creative thinking, resourcefulness and analytical problem-solving
- Experience and ability to translate performance numbers into an executive-friendly campaign recap / story
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing and / or communications
- 3 years' experience in a sales support or administrative role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Google shared docs)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interface effectively with clients.
- SALARY RANGE : $75,000.00 to $85,000.00

The Executive Sales Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer will be an integral part of the revenue team, assisting in the day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, facilitating effective communication within the sales and revenue operations teams, and coordinating key business activities.
