Are you an experienced marketing driver seeking an exciting opportunity to deliver overall brand awareness for a leading pet brand? If so, Radio Systems is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager for our Petsafe Brand to develop and direct key creative content elements of the brand and executing the marketing plan. The Marketing Manager is the guardian of the brand, both internally and externally, driving customer engagement, leveraging initiatives, and growing revenues for RSC. The Marketing Manager works closely with categories, digital and creative production teams to develop and implement the marketing calendar, while aligning with sales and retail partners on product launches and promotional campaigns. This role will be based in Knoxville TN and offer a hybrid work schedule.

- Establish, communicate and enforce brand guidelines
- Develop and implement the marketing calendar, marketing plan, and manage costs to the marketing budget
- Lead execution of marketing efforts in advertisement, promotion, and campaign strategies for brands and products within the portfolio, including determining, monitoring and reporting on KPIs and ROI
- Establish and communicate the promotion calendar for campaigns, new product launches, marketing events, sponsorships, sales support and point-of-sale projects
- Write creative briefs to define project scope and ensure needs and deliverables are effectively communicated
- Edit, approve and support content development and digital marketing efforts
- Coordinate marketing research with Research and Analytics Team and interpret data, including recommendations, for the team
- Drive major tradeshow activities, in coordination with the Tradeshow Manager, to ensure marketing and brand efforts are consistent and effectively represented at shows
- Oversee photo and video shoots in collaboration with internal and external resources; review and approve scripts and talent and ensure output meets guidelines
- Direct and assist with Customer Call Center and New Teammate brand training
- Determine Creative Agency selection and manage the relationship by setting expectations and measuring deliverables
Requirements
- Customer-centric
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or related field
- 5 years of business experience, preferably working in a marketing role and on a global capacity
- Demonstrated ability to effectively set strategy as well as manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Action-oriented with a drive toward fiscal responsibility
- Excellent communications skills and ability to work well with internal stakeholders, external vendors and customers
- Attention to detail is a must
- Experience in Brand Development and Management
Accountabilities:
- Successful development and execution of campaigns and new product launches
- Communicating and ensuring understanding of marketing initiatives, deliverables, and ROI
- Voice of Customer (VOC) advocate
- Retail partner support
- Alignment with the brand team to build brand trust, awareness, and revenue
- Supporting Categories and Sales Team to Meet/Exceed Topline Sales Goals

- Reports directly to the Director ofPetSafe Brand Marketing
- Close working relationships with domestic and international teams, including:
- Category Directors and Managers
- Product Managers
- Video-Photography Production Manager
- International Marketing Team
- Graphic Designers
- Digital Marketing Team
