Administrative & Project Support
- Provide daily administrative support to the Marketing Communications Manager and Director of Marketing, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and project tracking.
- Maintain organized records of marketing materials, vendor contacts, invoices, and budget documentation.
- Assist in preparing internal reports and compiling data for campaign analysis and strategic planning.
- Manage and update internal marketing platforms, including Splashbrands.
- Track marketing expenses and support the budget reconciliation process.
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events (e.g., Annual Holiday Party, Family Day, New Physician Welcome Party).
- Assist with event logistics, vendor communications, and on-site coordination.
- Manage promotional item inventory, including ordering, tracking, and distribution.
- Occasionally assist with drafting or editing content for social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Monitor social media channels and flag key messages or engagement trends.
- Help ensure content aligns with brand standards and organizational goals.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, administration, communications, or event coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Photography and videography experience is a plus, but not required.
