PSR Supervisor
Radiology Ltd. is seeking a full time PSR Supervisor. This full time supervisor position will manage all Patient Service Representative staff at our Midvale and St. Mary's locations on Tucson's west and south sides..

Responsibilities of this Role:
- Ensures departmental and site compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Oversees staff in clinic, under direction of Clinical Manager.
- Consults on work in progress and completed work to assure accuracy. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
- Participates in the quality assurance program to conform to federal, state, local, and hospital regulations and guidelines.
- Works effectively with co-workers, supervisors, subordinates, patients, physicians and other external contacts.
- Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
- Responds to patient complaints.
- Coordinates purchase of supplies and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Duties:
- Supervises Administrative Support employees, generally front office staff. Assigns, schedules, and relates to staff to maintain patient flow, achieve production goals, and conform to established protocols and procedures.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification
