Senior Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Study Manager to join our Clinical Affairs department at Radiometer. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the success of our clinical projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality results.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing study protocols and monitoring plans, selecting clinical sites, driving timelines in coordination with the clinical monitoring team, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for providing regular study progress communication and escalating issues as needed.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners. A strong understanding of clinical trial management principles and practices is essential, as is the ability to analyze data and solve complex problems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with at least 9 years of experience in clinical research. A Master's Degree with 7 years of experience or a Doctorate/PhD degree with 4 years of experience may also be considered. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and excellence, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely and efficient manner.
