Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute commercial cleaning tasks in various settings such as hotels, offices, or residential homes.
- Manage floor care duties including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Occasionally assist with cooking or meal preparation when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly in commercial or hotel settings.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
