What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping position at NS Hospitality PASCO LLC?
We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities and oversee daily cleanliness standards and room turnover. Working closely with front desk and Maintenance to achieve the best quality experience for our guest.
As a housekeeper, your job duties are to maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies, clean rooms and common areas, meet the standards of the hotel, and report to hotel management about your team's work.
The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.
- Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Complete daily board report and record all serviced rooms
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guest’s complaints/requests and inform Management.
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
- Complete other tasks given by supervisor in a timely manner
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
