Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for our customers. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs, painting, and general maintenance. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all facilities equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Conduct thorough inspections of facilities equipment and report any issues or needed repairs to the supervisor.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with electrical and mechanical systems.
- Paint and touch-up walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed.
- Fabricate and install new fixtures and equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to perform repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs using our CMMS system.
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding promptly to any requests or issues.
- Supervise and train junior maintenance technicians as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with residential painting and maintenance.
- Proficiency with logic controllers and the ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Ability to fabricate and install new fixtures and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong supervisory and training skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with CMMS systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
