Our client are a leading financial advice firm dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients. With a robust team of 100 financial advisors and 80 admin / back office professionals, they pride ourselves on commitment to excellence, integrity, and compliance.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS WITHIN FINANCIAL ADVICE.
They are currently seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team of four managers and oversee critical areas of Risk and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the administration team, ensuring effective support for financial advisors and operational functions.
- Oversee Risk and Compliance processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with fellow managers to develop and implement efficient operational strategies.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, driving performance and professional development among staff.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
- Maintain licenses and certifications required for the role, ensuring the team is compliant with industry standards.
