Duties
The Entry Level Operations Associate shall have the following duties, subject to change at the discretion of radius:
- Utilize excellent communication and problem solving skills on a daily basis.
- Handle all conversations with tactfulness and diplomacy.
- Maintain high energy, self-motivation and a sense of curiosity.
- Embody radius’ “customer obsessed” value with care and prioritization for customer needs.
- Present yourself professionally through all email, phone, and face-to-face conversations.
- Perform with a high attention to detail.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable to constant change.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Absolute can-do attitude.
- Ability to switch gears throughout the day.
- Financial services experience – preferred but not required.
- All employees are responsible for being familiar with and able to recognize common fraud scenarios or outright instances of fraud and reporting any reasonably suspected fraud to his/her direct manager and the AML Officer.
