What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician/Dispensing position at Radius Living Rx?
Responsibilities
- Package prescriptions according to requirements of facilities and patients.
- Appropriately prioritize urgent medication fills.
- Clean and assist in the maintenance of equipment and work areas
- Assist in the maintenance of proper storage and security conditions for drug inventory.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or supervising pharmacist.
Qualifications
- Education: high school or equivalent
- Active Minnesota Pharmacy Technician Registration or willingness to complete the required training to acquire one.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting strongly preferred.
- Must be able to work the posted schedule.
- Not on the SAM or OIG Exclusions Lists.
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with other healthcare professionals.
- Demonstarted ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing appropriately.
- Desire and willingness to learn and perform new tasks.
- Self-motivation and self-direction.

Thursday - Monday, 11:30 am - 8:30 pm
