Job Overview
Approx. employment dates, varies by position: April, 2025 – June, 2025. Job opportunities include part-time and full-time temporary work for pre-, during and post-Championship event. Responsible for paint décor and theatrical elements at the PGA Championship Event at Quail Hollow in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
- Successful candidates must be skilled with spray gun and airbrush techniques, be able to produce quality finishes, and be able to mix colors and match client-provided color schemes with precision.
- Must have experience with stain, paint, and Faux finishes is a plus.
- Must know wood grain washes, color matching.
- Ideal person would be self-motivated and works well in a team environment or alone.
- Must be able to lift items of 40 pounds or more.
- This is a full-time position with overtime possible, some travel and onsite touch up may be required after the event.
- Experiences with spray technique and lacquer finishes a plus.
- Must have 3 years’ experience.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have own local lodging and transportation.
- Must be able, with or without accommodation, to perform the essential functions of the job for which you are being considered for.
