Job Overview
Approx. employment dates, varies by position: April, 2025 – June, 2025. Job opportunities include part-time and full-time temporary work for pre-, during and post-Championship event. Candidates will be responsible for counting passengers, loading passengers and assisting our travel staff with anything they may need to ensure the shuttle runs efficiently at the PGA Championship Event at Quail Hollow in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
- Count passengers, load passengers and assist our travel staff with anything they may need to ensure the shuttle runs efficiently.
- Candidates will monitor the shuttle from their assigned route location.
- Must have the ability to work 12 to 16 hours per shift, per day, every day of the event.
- Ability to work outside through all kinds of weather (Heat, Cold, Rain, Snow, Storms, Etc.)
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Have outstanding customer service skills.
- Have a friendly, helpful cheerful outlook/demeanor.
- Must enjoy interacting with the public.
Requirements
- Must be available for the full duration of May 12-May 18, 2025. Tentative staff meeting: May 11, 2025.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have own local lodging and transportation.
- Must be able, with or without accommodation, to perform the essential functions of the job for which you are being considered for.
