Our client located in the state of Delaware is seeking a full time, permanent Bilingual Deputy Director. The position reports to the CEO. This position offers great benefits and competitive compensation. The ideal candidate has a Masters Degree in Health Care Management, Business Administration, or an MPH, along with 5 years of Senior Healthcare Management or Non-profit experience working with FQHC's. Fundraising and grant writing experience is a must. Bilingual is required.
Job Responsibilities of the Health Care Deputy Director :
- Reviews and directs management in the implementation of all state laws and regulations affecting division programs; initiates and recommends procedures, guidelines and operating standards to meet state mandates and directives.
- Coordinates and participates in a variety of staff, departments and agency meetings; prepares and presents reports
- Responds to and resolves difficult, sensitive and / or problematic patient, client or community complaints or inquiries.
- Serves as acting director in the absence of the agency Director as required.
- Serves as the Director of specific program areas as required for operational purposes as assigned by the CEO.
Minimum Requirements of the FQHC Deputy Director
Masters Degree Health Care Management, Business Administration, MPH
Bilingual is preferred
