Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced full-time Family Nurse Practitioner for their busy Community Health Center in Mesa, the greater area of Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience providing primary care treatment, is Bilingual (English / Spanish), and has practiced in a collaborative clinic environment. The Primary Care NP will conduct physical exams, provide education and counseling, and administer medication.

Highlights of the Family Nurse Practitioner Position :

  • Outpatient only : Monday - Friday
  • Full-time schedule - 40 hours per week

Skills Required of the Family Nurse Practitioner :

  • Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Active AZ license or ability to obtain
  • 2 plus years of experience as an NP
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) - preferred but not required
  • Ability to work collegially with both Professional Medical and support staff
  • Recording a patients medical histories and symptoms
  • Performing physical exams and observing women
  • Creating patient care plans or contributing to existing plans
  • Performing and ordering diagnostic tests
  • Diagnosing various health problems
  • Analyzing test results or changes in a patients condition
  • Giving patients medicines and treatments and evaluating their response
