What are the responsibilities and job description for the Battery Solar Crew Lead position at RADIX?

Job Duties
- Serve as the head of PV Solar installation and Battery installation
- Ability to work with Enphase, Tesla, Solar Edge and EG4 batteries
- Ability to train, mentor, and oversee others
- Ability to bend pipe, tie the solar system into the main service panel, assemble and commission inverter (central and micro inverters), and PV solar system.
- Review & implement PV plans for roof, electrical, and panel layout.
- Adhere to company guidelines and policies.
- Attend mandatory team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Experience with Solar Edge, Enphase, EG4 and Tesla batteries
- Previous crew lead experience is a plus
- Able to lift solar panels and heavy equipment up to 70 lbs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school education or equivalent
- 2 years of Solar experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
