Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) | Pay Rate: $2,400 Weekly (W2)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week

We are looking for an experienced RN to join the Adolescent Behavioral Health Unit at Brattleboro Retreat. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of adolescents facing behavioral health challenges. Work alongside a dedicated team in a supportive, healing environment.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years RN experience (recent psych experience required)
- Pediatric/Adolescent psychiatric experience
- Valid RN License (Vermont or eligible)
- BLS (AHA), CPI certification (training available)
- Flexibility to float between units and take charge shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a behavioral health setting, including assessment and monitoring of patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient data management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and health management strategies.
- Maintain certifications and stay updated on best practices in nursing and behavioral health.
