- Previous 1 year of experience in a long-term care (LTC) or geriatric nursing setting preferred.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, when necessary.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status.
- Develop and update individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
- Participate in care plan meetings with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
