Position Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Vice President (VP) of Radkin provides high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless operations and communication between leadership and staff. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage and prioritize the CEO and VP’s calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and communications.
- Organize and oversee executive filing systems, both digital and physical.
