Position Overview

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Vice President (VP) of Radkin provides high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless operations and communication between leadership and staff. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO and VP’s calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and communications.
  • Organize and oversee executive filing systems, both digital and physical.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives.
  • Draft emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the CEO and VP.
  • Ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings, providing agendas, background information, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with Radkin leadership and department heads to align schedules and priorities.
  • Project & Operational Support

  • Assist in managing special projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Support key business initiatives, tracking progress and providing status updates.
  • Conduct research and compile data for decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for board meetings, client engagements, and internal strategy sessions.
  • Event & Travel Management

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including accommodations and itineraries.
  • Organize executive team meetings, retreats, and company events.
  • Ensure seamless logistics for high-profile meetings and engagements.
  • Office & Process Management

  • Improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and executive resources.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills :
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Preferred : Experience working with executive teams, board-level coordination, and familiarity with Radkin’s Hospitality industry.
  • Work Environment & Expectations

  • Full-time, in-office position with occasional flexibility for remote work as needed.
  • Must be available for urgent matters outside standard business hours.
  • Expected to uphold Radkin’s commitment to hospitality, professionalism, and operational excellence.
