A top trading firm in New York is seeking a Java Developer to join its team and be part of an exciting project to build out a new greenfield eFX platform that will offer efficient and scalable pricing, execution, and risk management capabilities to continue to enhance growth in global markets.
As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-performance systems for the firm's eFX platform.
Responsibilities:
-Design, code, test, and implement new software solutions in Java
-Leverage cutting-edge technologies to build out a scalable, robust and efficient eFX platform that meets business needs and regulatory requirements
-Collaborate with a team of developers to ensure timely delivery of the system
Qualifications:
-5 years of hands-on development experience in Java
-Experience building out high-performance eFX platforms or other electronic trading systems a plus but not essential
-Strong knowledge of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms
