On-Site Recruiter - High-Frequency Trading - New York (Hybrid) - Paying up to $200k base:
A growing high-frequency crypto trading firm is seeking an experienced on-site recruiter to help build out their global team (across NYC, London, and Singapore). This individual will help define hiring strategies, optimize CRM usage, source exceptional new talent, collaborate with external agencies, and work with senior team members to qualify roles and hiring roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
- Actively Source top-tier talent in the Trading space
- Build a network of exceptional individuals and develop relationships with prospective candidates in order to build their interest in current or future opportunities with the firm
- Collaborate with external agencies in effort to fill niche mandates
- Analyze sourcing and marketing efforts and utilize findings to develop optimization solutions
- Optimize the usage of CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members across the business to qualify roles and hiring roadmaps
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience recruiting within a dynamic and fast-paced environment - specific experience recruiting in the finance space (Trading, Banking, or Fintech)
- (Nice to have) - Knowledge of the crypto trading space and related technologies
- The ability to be proactive, prioritize and multi-task
- Experience with the full life-cycle of recruitment - screening and sourcing candidates, developing relationships, and interviewing
- Excellent oral, written, and phone communication skills
Salary : $200,000
