- Availability : Be responsive and flexible to client needs, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
- On-Site Assessment : Visit project sites to assess client needs and ensure you have an efficient workforce on site.
- Bilingual Skills : Utilize your bilingual abilities in Spanish to connect with a diverse client and employee base.
