Radon Radon Radon, LLC is a subsidiarity startup radon mitigation business in SE Wisconsin. We are seeking a motivated employee to start, develop, and manage, our radon mitigation department. Responsibilities:
- Work independently to complete a variety of tasks and complete radon/soil gas mitigation systems.
- Maintain proper hygiene and appearance.
- Clean and maintain employee work vehicle.
- Review supplied information and notes for each job listed daily through a custom application program completed via phone app.
- Import photos, complete job forms, and speak with customers.
- Design and install PVC pipe runs.
- Design and install basic electrical conduit runs and complete a switch/receptacle circuit.
- Use of concrete coring tools and equipment to drill and repair concrete slabs and foundation walls.
- Sump pump repair and installation, while sealing pits with an airtight lid.
- Work in attics and tight spaces at times.
- Work in crawlspaces to complete an airtight vapor barrier encapsulation. Bonus pay for difficult installations.
- Ability to work off ladders up to 20 feet off ground level.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - 75.00 per hour plus bonuses.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (flexible scheduling to fit your schedule)
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay (shared ownership profit)
Experience:
- A basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, hand tools.
- A valid Wisconsin Drivers License
- Prior radon mitigation experience is a requirement.
