We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join Radware's Finance team. In this role, reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will be responsible for a variety of financial and economic tasks, supporting key business functions and processes across the organization. In this role, you will be actively engaged in budgeting, tracking sales incentives, creating financial models, and providing analysis. You will also contribute to cross-functional projects and work with different departments within the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in forecasting, cost-saving initiatives, and aligning sales performance with incentives.
What will you do:
Maintain accurate records of commissions, including accruals and payments.
Collaborate with sales teams and other stakeholders to address commission-related issues on an ongoing basis.
Gather, analyze, and maintain records of sales and commission data from various sources.
Manage and setup commission system.
Prepare and monitor actual vs. budget reporting.
Assist in various financial analyses, as requested, including for quarterly and annual financial closing, and support the company's business functions in modeling and projecting new initiatives and plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the organization and with stakeholders that the Analyst is engaged with.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
Experience in the software, technology, and/or public company sectors is preferred.
Experience with incentive compensation systems – an advantage!
Possess a high level of analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Highly self-motivated and service-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
