JOB SUMMARY:
Radwell International is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Program Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of technology-related programs within our organization. The IT Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning projects with the strategic objectives of the business. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of IT programs, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets, while ensuring integration across multiple projects.
Coordinate and track progress across multiple projects to ensure successful and timely completion.
Communicate regularly with executives, IT leaders, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and ensure alignment.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the program lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with department heads, functional leads, and other stakeholders to ensure the program's success.
Coordinate resources, assignments, and dependencies across teams.
Motivate and support team members, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
Proactively identify risks and issues that could impact the program’s success and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure issues are escalated appropriately and resolved in a timely manner.
Monitor and report on program progress, KPIs, and key milestones to leadership.
Provide regular status updates, including budget and resource utilization.
Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in program management.
Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies for program delivery.
May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.
METRICS
To consistently meet monthly deadlines and objectives as agreed and typically described in monthly reviews or through other project planning efforts
To handle ongoing projects and day-to-day demands that are not identified in formal monthly objectives in a timely and accurate manner
Adherence to budgets
Adherence to/achievement of benefits described in project business case (cost/benefit) analyses
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong knowledge of IT program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and software development life cycles (SDLC).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.).
Epicor Prophet 21 knowledge is a plus.
Netsuite knowledge is a plus.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5 years of experience as an IT Program Manager or in a similar role, ideally managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Continuous sitting and typing for extended periods.
Occasional, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
Lifting requirements include occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
WORK SCHEDULE
This is an exempt position which requires a work schedule that will achieve the results and objectives identified by the company and the VP of IT. Generally the company operates and most of those who will interface with this position work normal business hours which are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Nights and weekends may be worked at the VP of IT’s discretion based on current project and implementation needs, deadlines, and workload.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Dress attire is casual but professional in an office setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (shirt with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn at all times. Radwell Safety Policies must be adhered to at all times.
