What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping associate position at Radwell?
JOB SUMMARY
Monday to Friday 10 : 30am-7 : 30pm
Primary duties of this position are to assist in packaging shipments. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
- Package industrial electronics and related components for shipment
- Maintain an organized shipping environment
- Keep shipments on schedule
- Any other duties as directed by supervisor or management.
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

METRIC & MEASUREMENT
- Package Handling - Employee must maintain standard packaging procedures that assure accuracy, while adjusting the volume of work.
- Packaging counts are measured and checked for accuracy against standard. Employee must continue to maintain accuracy throughout the month for the bonus program.
- Employee will be evaluated on the accuracy of the orders packaged and his / her performance level as measured against volume demand.
- Employee will need to average 21 points per, 120 boxes per day.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Occasional sitting, reaching / working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Frequent walking
- Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion

BONUS / COMMISSION PLAN
Eligible for commission after successful completion of introductory 90 days.
