Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes.
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Google and/or Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
