Rae Ann Suburban is currently looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with communication difficulties.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families about communication disorders.
- Keep detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Provide support to families in understanding their child's communication disorder.
- Use evidence-based practice to develop treatment plans.
