RAEGAN HILL GROUP has been exclusively retained to find an experienced Digital Content Marketing Manager for a leading company in the medical and diagnostic laboratories industry. Our client is expanding their marketing team and is looking for a Digital Content Marketing Manager who can drive revenue growth through effective digital content strategy.
The Digital Content Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing digital content strategy not just for the company’s brand but for each practice area. The Digital Content Marketing Manager will need to gain a thorough understanding of the company’s laboratory business model to effectively tailor content for a diverse audience, including medical residents, medical assistants, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will have one dotted line report, a Digital Content Coordinator, to mentor and guide as well as oversight of the efforts done by the company’s external marketing agency. This is a small but rapidly growing marketing department. As such, the Digital Content Marketing Manager must be a strategy / executor who can develop, create, manage, and optimize content across the company’s social media platforms and web pages.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Content Strategy
- Create a digital content strategy that encompasses multiple digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, YouTube), to drive engagement, boost traffic and achieve key marketing objectives.
- Create content that resonates with a diverse audience, including medical residents, medical assistants, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Define target audience segments and create user personas to tailor content effectively.
- Establish comprehensive social media guidelines and policies.
- Create a long-term and short-term content publishing calendar and social media calendar.
